Sell Online with eCommerce

WooCommerce is a flexible, open-source eCommerce solution based on WordPress. Whether you're starting a business, transitioning a physical store online, or designing sites for clients, you can quickly get started and build the exact store of your dreams.

The WooEenvoudigFactureren plugin allows you to automatically create orders from your online shop as purchase orders or invoices on your account on our platform. This means you can link your online store directly to our software.

The plugin is free to use and available directly from the plugin page.

This plugin is provided free of charge. New options or improvements will be updated automatically. Pull requests are always welcome!

Installation

Support for WooCommerce version 3.6 or later.

  1. Install the EenvoudigFactureren plugin via the WordPress dashboard.
  2. Activate the plugin through the “WordPress Plugin Directory.” Navigate to 'Plugins', 'Add New', 'Search', 'EenvoudigFactureren', 'Install Now', and 'Activate'.
  3. Create a new API key in Access Management via our platform. Grant it at least the rights for “Customers,” “Layouts,” “Settings,” and “Invoices” (or “Purchase Orders” if you want to use purchase orders).
  4. Configure the plugin in the Dashboard of your online store by entering the EenvoudigFactureren API key in the “API Settings” page.

Voilà! The plugin is activated, and by default, new invoices created through our software will automatically be generated when an order is placed. You can further adjust its usage via the Settings page.

Update to the Latest Version

To use a new version of the plugin, you will see a notification in your dashboard. New versions will be updated automatically.

Usage

Here’s how the WooEenvoudigFactureren plugin works:

- Each new order will automatically generate an invoice (or order confirmation) on our platform.

- Customer data is synchronized between WooCommerce and our software.

- The plugin supports European VAT numbers and VAT exemptions (e.g., with the EU VAT Number plugin).

- If activated, the invoice or order confirmation will be automatically sent to the customer.

- In the Dashboard, you can directly access the generated invoice or order confirmation.

By default, new customers from WooCommerce are added as new customers on our platform. To link existing WooCommerce customers to an existing customer on our platform, you can add the WooCommerce customer ID to the customer number in our system.

Additionally, in WooCommerce, you can activate the “Use customer number to look up existing customers” option.

Only WooCommerce customers with an account can be linked to an existing customer on our platform.

If a VAT exemption is granted to a foreign business customer, the VAT code (e.g., “ICL”) can be added as a “Zero rate” for the necessary countries in the Dashboard under “WooCommerce” > “Settings” > “Tax” > “Zero rate rates”. Add the VAT code in the “Tax name” field.

Only orders in EURO currency are supported.
