You can always specify that amounts must be entered inclusive of VAT when creating invoices, quotes, and other documents, as well as when creating items. Our software will then calculate the amount exclusive of VAT automatically.

To set this option, go to Settings > Options and check 'Enter amounts including VAT.'

When you check this option, it will also apply when modifying already created invoices, documents, and items.
