If you already have your invoice data in Excel, you can import your invoices from Excel. This allows you to create one or multiple invoices at once, saving you time and effort.


To export from Excel, first create an Excel file where each invoice line is represented by a row. In the Excel file, include fields such as Description, Quantity, and Amount.


Only invoices for which the customer already exists can be imported. If you have new customer data, you need to create these first. This can also be done by importing from Excel!




Once the Excel file has been created, go to **Invoices** > **More Actions** > Import from Excel.



Select your file and click on Read File.



The Excel file is read and columns are identified. Adjust where necessary and click Next.



A proposal for the different invoices is prepared, and you can make adjustments before the invoices are actually created.
