Do you want to easily charge transport costs on your invoices? You can automate this via an extra field, so you don’t have to add this cost manually each time.


How do you set up transport costs?

Go to the menu in the top right corner: Settings → Custom fields and click ‘Add +’.


Configure the extra field with the following values:

  • Description: Transport cost
  • Internal name: transportcost
  • Input type: Free field
  • Field type: Amount (with currency)
  • Default value: 10.00 (optionally adjustable)
  • Use as: Additional amount
  • Available for: Invoices


How does it work in practice?

When creating an invoice, you can easily enter a transport cost via the extra field. By default, a value (such as €10.00) can already be filled in, but you can adjust this per invoice.

The entered amount is automatically added to the total of the invoice as an additional cost.

With this setup, transport costs are added to your invoices in a clear and efficient way.
