When facing issues with the connection to Ponto, there are two common problems and solutions:

  1. Ponto Can No Longer Access Your Bank Data:

    Users must renew authorization with Ponto every 90 days. When it's time to renew, you will receive a notification saying, "The authorization for your bank account on Ponto needs to be renewed."

    To renew the authorization, log in to Ponto.

    Note: During this period, no new bank transactions will be imported


  2. The Connection Between Our Software and Ponto Is Invalid:

    • Go to the "Connections" page in your software.
    • Disconnect the Ponto integration and then set it up again.
    • Check under "Integrations" to ensure that the integration with our software is properly configured.
