There are three possible situations:

1. Your subscription has expired

When your subscription ends, it is automatically converted to a free plan. As a result, existing quotations are no longer visible.


2. You have switched to a Peppol Inbox subscription

This subscription is intended exclusively for receiving purchase invoices via Peppol and does not include the quotations module. Therefore, it is not possible to create or view quotations.


3. The quotations module is not activated

In some cases, the quotations module is not yet active within your subscription. In that case, it first needs to be activated in order to create and view quotations.


By upgrading to a Pro subscription, the quotations feature is reactivated and your existing quotations will become visible again. Your quotations are therefore not lost, but temporarily unavailable within the current subscription type or settings.
